Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week night shift contract at a hospital in Hillsboro, OR.

Details

• 13-week contract at a hospital in Hillsboro, OR
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• May be required to float to a nearby affiliate hospital; refusal to float as requested may result in contract cancellation
• No on-call requirements
• NICU and pediatric experience preferred
• Epic EMR — experience required

Requirements

• Active Oregon (OR) RRT license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Epic charting experience required
• COVID vaccination proof required — no exemptions accepted
• Two manager or supervisor references from within the last 24 months required; charge nurse references are not acceptable

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate — no radius restriction applies
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of consideration and may not exceed 2 weeks
• Former employees or travelers who previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
• Former employees or previous travelers at this facility must provide a reference from the OHSU manager who supervised them
