Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Maple Leaf HealthCare Center
Manchester, NH
$30–$33/hour
Post Rehab is looking for a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents improve independence and successfully participate in everyday activities. You'll work alongside a licensed Occupational Therapist and an experienced interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments according to established plans of care
- Assist residents with ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional activities
- Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising OT
- Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire COTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus
- New graduates are welcome to apply
