Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish or Portuguese)

Job Description The selected individual will work at Store #1130, located at 50 Ryan Drive, Raynham, MA 02767. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend solutions. They promptly resolve concerns, maintain product knowledge, uphold visual standards of the store, and consistently meet sales goals. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build productive, trust‑based relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain precise work‑order files and documentation. Retrieve products from sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed. Stock shelves and set up displays. Clean store equipment. Load and unload delivery trucks. Assist with deliveries as required. Maintain presentable condition of assigned areas. Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to improve sales. Minimum Requirements At least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a work‑visa sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Can retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lb. frequently and up to 70 lb. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. If internal, a minimum “meets expectations” rating on most recent performance appraisal. If internal, completion of all HR Cloud e‑Learning courses required for the current position. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint or paint‑related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish and Portuguese.
