I am currently working with an established Boston Business Law Firm that is actively seeking an Attorney to join its Bankruptcy & Creditors’Rights practice. The opportunity offers a strong mix of sophisticated restructuring work, commercial litigation and meaningful courtroom exposure. Company Business-Focused Platform: Join a respected Boston firm advising banks, lenders, creditors, businesses and fiduciaries across complex insolvency and commercial disputes. Broader Than Pure Bankruptcy: Gain exposure to Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 matters, workouts, restructurings, creditor disputes, lender liability and related commercial litigation. Real Responsibility Early: Work directly with clients, appear in court, handle substantive motion practice and take meaningful ownership of matters. Collaborative Environment: Work closely with experienced attorneys in a practical, low-ego culture where associates are encouraged to develop into trusted client advisors. Handle Bankruptcy & Restructuring Matters: Represent creditors, lenders and businesses in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, workouts and distressed situations. Manage Litigation: Draft substantive motions, handle discovery, attend hearings and appear in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. Advise Clients: Provide practical guidance on creditor rights, insolvency strategy, enforcement options and commercial risk.
