Key Responsibilities Production Management – Take charge of the daily operations, shaping production plans that align with demand forecasts and monitoring schedules for real‑time adjustments to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality medical devices. Quality Assurance – Implement robust quality control procedures to guarantee that every product meets stringent FDA and ISO 13485 standards and investigate any quality issues to turn challenges into opportunities for improvement. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure the plant meets and exceeds regulatory standards, preparing for inspections and audits with meticulous documentation and driving continuous improvement based on the latest regulatory updates. Staff Management – Lead and inspire a passionate team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance development to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Operational Efficiency – Analyze processes to identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows. Safety and Environmental Compliance – Champion safety and sustainability by enforcing regulations and conducting regular audits to maintain a safe workplace and manage environmental impact. Maintenance and Equipment Management – Ensure manufacturing equipment operates at peak performance, coordinating repairs, upgrades, and reliable equipment availability. Budget and Financial Management – Develop and manage the plant budget, drive cost‑saving measures, and provide insightful reports that highlight financial performance. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field. Ten years of manufacturing experience, especially in the medical devices sector.
