Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Helping Homes, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting in-depth assessments of families, couples, and individual clients to diagnose mental health issues and design personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions as well as couples and family therapy, ensuring that all members of the family unit receive appropriate and tailored support.
\n
• Addressing complex issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, medical challenges, and adjustment issues related to divorce or separation.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change and improved mental well-being.
\n
• Documenting treatment progress and outcomes, maintaining high standards of client confidentiality and ethical practice.
\n
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will predominantly be on couples, families, and individuals looking for support in navigating life’s challenges. You will engage with a diverse client base, helping them to address various mental health concerns, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics. We prioritize holistic approaches that consider the needs of the entire family, fostering an environment where healing can occur collectively.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Helping Homes Counseling & Wellness, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
