Mobility Marvels Center is seeking dedicated full-time Physical Therapists to join our compassionate team in Lakewood, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite in a home care setting, allowing our therapists to provide in-person therapy sessions within the comfort of our clients’ homes. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, enabling a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

The successful Physical Therapist will have a multifaceted role that includes but is not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, assessing their specific needs and challenges.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with the clients’ goals and recovery trajectories.
• Regularly reassessing patients' clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment effectiveness, modifying goals and plans as necessary.
• Documenting all patient interactions meticulously through our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, ensuring compliance with company timelines and standards.
• Educating clients and their families on the recovery journey, offering ongoing support and guidance on potential challenges they may encounter.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals while aligning with business objectives as needed.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Embodying the core values of Mobility Marvels Center and serving as a brand ambassador by nurturing a culture of compassion and excellence in client service.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes a wide demographic, ranging from children to adults with varying diagnoses, which allows our therapists to apply diverse therapeutic techniques and adapt their methods to meet individual needs. We specialize in serving clients from different cultural backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and understanding in our practice.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and unrestricted physical therapy license issued by the Board of Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Willingness to perform evaluations and deliver treatments both onsite and via telehealth when appropriate, expanding access to our services.
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Strong collaborative skills, with a passion for customer service and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in home health settings and familiarity with electronic health record systems can enhance the application. Previous work with pediatric patients or multidisciplinary teams will be considered an asset.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
