Our organization, located in Rockport, Maine, is a 99-bed facility seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our expanding team of collaborative CRNAs and Anesthesiologists. This full-time role promotes an excellent work-life balance, as it does not require evening, weekend, on-call, or holiday shifts. You will have the chance to work alongside a supportive team of perioperative staff and surgeons.

We offer flexible salaried scheduling with 8 and 10-hour shifts. Additionally, we provide reimbursement for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, Maine state licensure, National Certification renewal, CPC exams, and AANA dues. For eligible candidates, a signing bonus and relocation assistance are available. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support a diverse range of service lines, including:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• OB/GYN (C-Sections only, no epidural placements)
• Endoscopy
• Healthy Pediatric ENT
• Podiatry
• Ophthalmology
• Urology

Qualifications & Experience:

• While we prefer candidates with 2-3 years of CRNA experience, we welcome applications from new graduates.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution, or three to five years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience. Graduation from a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor is required. Candidates must demonstrate current competency in the clinical responsibilities for which they are applying.
• Licenses/Certifications: A current Professional Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in the State of Maine. Current certifications in PALS, BLS, and ACLS are also required. Certification from the National Board of Certification & Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists is necessary.
• Membership in the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists is recommended.
