Our Organization is on the lookout for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join the Women's Health practice serving the beautiful coastal communities of Maine. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a dedicated support team and experienced healthcare providers. The Women's Health office in our region offers a wide range of services, including:

• Pregnancy care and counseling for conception and infertility
• Care during and after pregnancy
• Gynecological services, addressing issues such as abnormal bleeding, fibroids, and endometriosis

Additionally, our team provides family planning services, which encompass:

• Birth control counseling and prescriptions
• Preventive care, including annual physical exams
• Screenings for breast and cervical cancer
• Screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections
• Breast care services
• Support for menstrual issues, perimenopause, and menopause
• Breastfeeding assistance
• Treatment for incontinence and sexual health counseling

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, with successful completion of an ACNM-accredited nurse midwifery program.

• Current State of Maine Nursing License for RN and APRN-CNM Certification from ACNM.

• Active DEA License and current BLS certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
