Must possess good documentation skill; functional/requirement, data mapping document.

Must have good communication skill to talk to business and lead the project team.

Understanding on Master Data Management esp Product, Customer and employee.

How the master data it's being sourced, transformed and used.

Understanding on SQL-based technical skill is required on data pipeline.
-
Well versed in governance and change management.
-
Good documentation skills, including preparation of functional/requirement and data mapping documents.
-
Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and lead the project team.
-
Understanding of Master Data Management, especially Product, Customer, and Employee data.
-
Understanding of how master data is sourced, transformed, and used.
-
SQL-based technical skills with an understanding of data pipelines.
-
Well versed in governance and change management.
