Help Desk Support Specialist

We are recruiting for an IT Help Desk Officer for the Los Angeles office. This position will be responsible for providing reliable and secure IT infrastructure and end-user services, while supporting local users on IT needs. Main Duties Keep systems running smoothly, efficiently, and optimally. Provide first-level technical support and incident handling. Maintain physical and logical security in line with Bank's standards. Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and phone systems. Handle user queries, service requests, and incidents. Set up new user accounts, profiles, and resolve password issues. Respond promptly to service requests and work through issues to resolution or escalation when necessary. Track and document all incidents and requests with proper logging and follow-up. Maintain server room and equipment racks, including documentation. Manage and track hardware and software assets. Work with vendors to support service recovery and system upgrades. Participate in global or local IT projects, including rollouts of new applications and technologies. Document procedures and policies to meet regulatory requirements.
