Business Development Manager - Dental Industry | Existing Dentist Network

This is a relationship-driven business development position, not a Google Ads, SEO execution, or lead-generation role . The ideal candidate already has strong relationships with dentists, dental practice owners, DSOs, dental consultants, or other dental‑industry professionals. The primary responsibility is to use those existing connections, referrals, in‑person meetings, Zoom meetings, conferences, and industry relationships to introduce K Bizz and convert dental practices into long‑term SEO and digital marketing clients. Remote – Anywhere in the USA | Full-Time | $120K Base + 20% Recurring Commission K Business Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced, ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow our Dental & Healthcare Digital Marketing Division across the United States. This is not an entry‑level sales position . We are looking for someone who already knows the dental industry, already has relationships with dentists and practice owners, and can begin generating meetings and new business immediately. What You Will Sell K Business Solutions provides dental and healthcare practices with: SEO & Local SEO Google Ads / PPC Website Design & Development Google Business Profile / Google Maps Optimization Social Media AI / AEO & Digital Marketing Strategy You do not need to personally perform SEO, PPC, website development or fulfillment. Once you close and onboard the client, our internal project and marketing teams take over delivery. Who We Are Looking For You should have at least 5 years of experience working directly with dentists or dental practices . Ideal backgrounds include experience with a: Dental digital marketing agency SEO/PPC agency serving dentists Dental website company Dental software or technology company Dental equipment or supply company Dental consulting organization Other dental‑related organization where you developed strong relationships with dentists and practice owners Most importantly, you should already have a strong network of hundreds of dental industry connections . We want someone who can confidently say: “I already know hundreds of dentists and practice owners. I understand their business, I can get meetings with them, and I can start developing opportunities immediately.” Nationwide Opportunity This position can be based anywhere in the United States . Your clients can also come from anywhere in the U.S. You can develop business through Zoom meetings, phone calls, referrals, existing relationships and in‑person meetings in your city. Your #1 KPI Minimum 10 new signed dental/healthcare clients per month — starting from Month 1. This is a results‑driven position. The $10,000 monthly base salary is a significant investment for a company of our size, so consistently achieving the client‑acquisition KPI is a core expectation of this role. Compensation Base Salary: $10,000/month — $120,000/year PLUS 20% Recurring Monthly Commission The commission opportunity is what makes this position different from a traditional sales job. For qualified clients you personally bring to K Business Solutions, you receive 20% of the client's monthly service fee for as long as that client remains active and paying , subject to the terms of the written commission agreement. This allows you to build a recurring portfolio rather than starting your commission income from zero every month. What Could You Earn? Here is a simple illustration. Assume you consistently sign 10 new clients per month , each paying an average of $1,000/month , and those clients remain active: Month 1: 10 clients → $2,000 commission + $10,000 salary = $12,000/month Month 12: 120 clients → $24,000 commission + $10,000 salary = $34,000/month Month 24: 240 clients → $48,000 commission + $10,000 salary = $58,000/month Month 36: 360 clients → $72,000 commission + $10,000 salary = $82,000/month Potential 36-Month Compensation Illustration: Approximately $1.69 Million And if your portfolio continues growing, so can your recurring commission income.
