Director, HCP Personal Promotion Marketing

Cytokinetics seeks a Director of HCP Personal Promotion Marketing to lead healthcare provider marketing strategy and commercial initiatives for its cardiovascular portfolio. This role develops customer engagement programs, guides launch readiness, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive adoption and brand growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute HCP marketing strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals for cardiology and other specialties
Lead development of personal and non-personal promotional initiatives including sales materials and customer engagement programs
Partner with Sales Leadership to develop field execution strategies and optimize customer engagement plans
Play leadership role in launch planning and cross-functional execution for cardiovascular therapies
Leverage market research and analytics to monitor dynamics, refine strategies, and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing experience
Significant experience developing and executing HCP marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
Experience leveraging customer insights and data analytics for commercial strategy

Compensation: South San Francisco, California: $225,000-$262,500; Other US Locations: $238,500-$278,250 base
