Property Manager to $90K - Join a Growing Boston Portfolio! Our client, a real estate investment firm, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee building operations, talent engagement, and financial tracking across a dynamic portfolio. The role involves hands‑on facilities oversight with a client‑facing presence, vendor coordination, and accounting support. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily building operations, including coordinating vendors and maintenance staff. Manage service contracts, preventative maintenance schedules, and compliance inspections. Serve as the primary tenant and visitor contact, maintaining a professional lobby presence. Track rent, CAM charges, and operating expenses; support budgeting and reporting. Maintain safety systems, building infrastructure, and cleanliness standards. Coordinate access control, security systems, and visitor protocols. Process invoices, monitor financial data, and support accounting workflows. Qualifications 2+ years of property management or facilities experience. Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with tenants, vendors, and guests. Basic financial acumen, including budget tracking and invoice review. Ability to multitask across operations, front desk responsibilities, and administrative work. Familiarity with building systems, maintenance coordination, or real‑estate operations. Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset in a fast‑paced environment. Work model: In Office; Degree: Not Required.
