Assistant Property Manager

Job Responsibilities Assist with daily property management operations and administrative tasks. Support leasing activities, resident communications, and move-in/move-out processes. Help coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on service completion. Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. Support the Property Manager in achieving occupancy and operational goals. Requirements Experience in customer service, administrative support, or property management preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer and office software proficiency. Professional attitude with a focus on resident satisfaction.
