Day to Day
The Global Client Strategist (GCS) role under the Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) organization is a quota-holding sales role responsible for accelerating the growth of Indeed’s highest-opportunity enterprise clients by providing integrated, strategic support across sales motions. This role is responsible for leading quarterly strategies that drive revenue, advance deals, and fortify executive-level partnerships in partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual and quarterly account strategies to drive growth with enterprise clients.
Facilitate strategic planning sessions with account teams to identify opportunities and align resources.
Activate high-impact engagements and programs to unlock client value and executive alignment.
Provide advisory on solutions, pricing, and budget recommendations to match client objectives.
Support deal structuring, agreements, and approvals to ensure seamless execution.
Build data-driven narratives and materials to support client meetings and business reviews.
Leverage analytics to provide insights on trends, opportunities, and performance context for clients.
Skills/Competencies
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
Experience in enterprise sales consulting, or strategic overlays supporting complex B2B deals across multiple markets.
Demonstrated ability to craft deal structures (e.g., frameworks, agreements), coordinate cross-functional approvals, and manage executive partner alignment.
Proficiency in building data-driven narratives and meeting support materials for senior client audiences
Analytical skills to provide light customer insights: trends, opportunity sizing, product/performance context to inform QBRs and revenue plays.

Tier 1 - United States of America 70,000 - 106,000 USD per year
Tier 2 - United States of America 78,000 - 117,000 USD per year
Tier 3 - United States of America 86,000 - 129,000 USD per year
Tier 5 - United States of America 98,000- 146,000 USD per year

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets.
