Construction Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team, focused on delivering large-scale industrial construction projects across the region. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of complex builds from preconstruction through closeout. This is not a “keep the trains on the tracks” type of PM role—this team is looking for someone who can drive projects financially, partner closely with the field, and operate with a high level of autonomy. Project Types: Manufacturing Facilities Tilt-Wall Warehouse / Distribution Centers Logistics & Storage Facilities Typical project sizes: $15M – $150M+ Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Own project budget, schedule, and client relationships Lead budgeting, estimating coordination, and cost control Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract negotiations Develop and maintain project schedules with field leadership Partner closely with Superintendents to align field execution with project plan Track project financials, manage change orders, and drive profitability Serve as primary point of contact for clients, developers, and design teams Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track Qualifications: 7–15+ years of commercial construction experience Proven experience as a Project Manager on industrial projects (tilt-wall, warehouse, manufacturing) Experience delivering projects in the $15M+ range Strong understanding of industrial construction means and methods Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Procore (or similar) experience preferred Strong financial acumen and ownership mindset Excellent communication and leadership skills What Sets This Opportunity Apart: Strong pipeline of industrial work with repeat clients High level of autonomy—PMs are trusted to run their jobs Experienced field and preconstruction teams for support Exposure to large-scale, high-visibility projects Clear path to Senior PM / leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott Humphrey Corporation
