Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations that identify client needs and guide treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations of patient progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to enhance communication and data tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass individuals from a variety of backgrounds who experience mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological conditions. You will work primarily with adults and, in some cases, adolescents, ensuring culturally competent care that recognizes and respects the unique experiences and needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, accompanied by a current California LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
