Job Description Job Description HVAC Technician Onsite (Louisville, Kentucky) Full Time/Direct Hire We are looking for a technician who knows how to work, solve problems, and take ownership. You do not need to have seen everything already. You do need to be hungry, accountable, and ready to grow. Who We're Looking For: -2+ years of HVAC Service experience -Residential, light commercial, or commercial service background considered -Strong troubleshooting skills and desire to continue learning -Looking to grow beyond residential or light commercial service into a more advanced role -Comfortable working independently in the field while contributing to a collaborative team -Professional, customer-focused, self-motivated, and accountable -Clean driving record required -Background check required through hiring process due to school-related work Experience with or exposure to: -Rooftop units (RTUs) -Split systems -Boilers and chillers -VAV systems -Walk-in coolers and freezers -Refrigerant-related diagnostics and repair What You'll Do: -Service, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial HVAC and light refrigeration systems -Perform scheduled services and diagnose equipment and refrigerant-related issues -Work directly with customers to resolve issues efficiently and professionally -Self-schedule and prioritize work based on customer needs -Create and manage your own jobs from the field -Order parts, create POs, and communicate job needs with the team -Coordinate with operations and project management for support, pricing, and quoting as needed -Collaborate with our building automation team, including servicing facilities with legacy controls -Support project work and team-assisted customer needs when required What This Role Is Not: -Not an install-only position -Not a dispatcher-run service role -Not a high-volume residential call environment -Not a formal service on-call rotation Pay, Benefits, and Perks: -$28-$38/hour, based on experience -Higher compensation available for advanced experience -Company truck (take home) and fuel card -Laptop and company phone provided -401(k) with 4 percent company match -Health, dental, vision, and life insurance -Health Savings Account (HSA) -Paid Time Off: 2 weeks starting, up to 4 weeks with tenure -Profit sharing and annual performance bonus -Manufacturer-backed training and certification opportunities -Referral program and professional development assistance Benefits: -401(k) 4% Match -Company truck -Dental insurance -Fuel card -Health insurance -Health savings account -Life insurance -Paid time off -Professional development assistance -Referral program -Tools provided -Vision insurance
