Senior Product Associate - Identity

You’ll partner with talented colleagues across technology, design, and business to deliver secure, high-impact capabilities.As a Senior Product Associate Identity in Identity Data Products, you will help develop and deliver identity data products supporting identity verification, identity lifecycle management, and digital identity solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to launch capabilities, synthesize stakeholder feedback, and drive improvements that increase adoption and measurable outcomes.Job responsibilitiesPartner with leaders to shape product vision, strategy, and execution plans across identity verification, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent managementBuild, launch, and continuously improve identity data capabilities to strengthen adoption, quality, and business impactCollaborate with technology, design, modeling, and other partners to deliver scalable, secure identity data solutionsAlign roadmaps and dependencies with related identity and data teams to enable integrated deliveryDefine and track key performance metrics for product health, data quality, and business outcomes, using insights to prioritize improvementsEstablish and champion data governance standards, policies, and controls for the identity data domainEnsure identity data products meet applicable data privacy expectations, internal policies, and audit requirementsCommunicate strategy, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and strong executive presenceIdentify and manage risks related to data quality, access, privacy, and security within the identity data domainStay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product direction and roadmap evolutionRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience in identity, data management, or related technology domainsPractical knowledge of identity verification, identity resolution, identity graph concepts, and consent managementStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-makingStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical partnersDemonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that deliver measurable business and risk outcomesTechnical fluency with modern data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and data pipeline technologiesUnderstanding of data governance frameworks, data privacy obligations, and compliance expectations relevant to identity dataExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex technical topics for diverse audiencesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience building and launching complex technology products in financial services or other regulated industriesAdvanced degree in a technical, analytical, or business fieldFamiliarity with identity and access management standards, protocols, and frameworksExperience applying machine learning techniques to identity, fraud, or risk use casesKnowledge of graph-based data models and their use in identity resolution and relationship mappingHands-on experience with agile product development practices at enterprise scaleApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
