TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Keene, New Hampshire, 03431!

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols.

Requirements

✅ 2+ yrs recent Med Surg experience
✅ NH or Compact RN License
✅ BLS & ACLS (AHA)
✅ EPIC experience
✅ Must have own vehicle & be willing to float to Thompson Unit/Custodial Unit (up to 9:1 ratio)
