Significant experience drafting fund documentation (PPMs, LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, etc.). Exposure to investment adviser regulatory issues under the Advisers Act. Experience with family offices, institutional investors, and/or fund sponsors a plus. Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice. The role involves representing fund sponsors, investment advisers, family offices, and institutional investors on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters.
