We are looking for a Director of Marketing who likes to figure things out, build what is missing, and make things work better.

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply manage a marketing calendar or oversee a collection of agencies. The Director of Marketing owns the firm's demand generation, go-to-market execution, brand positioning, marketing performance, and marketing technology environment and is accountable for turning those pieces into a predictable engine for growth.

You will have significant latitude to determine how the work gets done. You'll diagnose what is working and what isn't, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, build systems and campaigns, solve problems, test new approaches, and move quickly from idea to execution. You'll work across marketing, sales, client onboarding, product development, and leadership to make sure the entire client journey works as one system.

Some days will be strategic. Some will be highly tactical. Some will involve solving a problem nobody has encountered before. That's intentional. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, complexity, and the satisfaction of turning an unclear problem into a clear solution.
