Esports Head Coach

Job Overview The Esports Head Coach is responsible for overseeing the competitive and developmental aspects of the collegiate Esports program. This role involves strategic coaching and recruiting of the varsity teams, managing club teams and their student managers, cultivating alumni relations, and serving as the primary Strength & Conditioning coach for players. Responsibilities Develop and implement game strategies to enhance team performance in VALORANT and Rocket League. Coordinate practices, scrimmages, and competitive match schedules. Film, review, and analyze gameplay to provide constructive feedback. Scout and recruit high school talent and potential walk-ons for team positions. Implement comprehensive strength and conditioning programs tailored to the unique needs of esports athletes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in managing team dynamics, preferably in an esports environment. Must pass a background investigation. Advanced education or certifications in coaching/Strength & Conditioning are a plus.
