Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to assess and address the varied needs of clients.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing client feedback.

• Conduct regular monitoring and adjustments of treatment plans to ensure optimal progress and outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mental health resources, coping strategies, and community services.

• Document all client interactions in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring a high standard of care and ethical practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices, evidence-based interventions, and relevant trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population, including adults from various socioeconomic backgrounds, with a strong focus on elderly clients facing mental health challenges. You will be tasked with addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and chronic illness management. Our clinic emphasizes a holistic approach, integrating mental health care with overall well-being and chronic disease management.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
