Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mental health needs, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver behavioral health services efficiently to individuals and groups.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system and practice management software to ensure seamless coordination of care.

• Provide culturally sensitive therapy, taking into account the diverse backgrounds and unique values of each client.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to foster an integrated approach to patient care.

• Write and maintain detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support and connecting clients with appropriate local resources.

• Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in mental health to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
