$50,000 - $125,000 yearly

• Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals
• Have a proactive networking mindset and always be networking in order to generate new business and meet sales goals
• Represent builder and company in a professional manner to potential clients and industry professionals to project the values of our team and quality of our work
• Negotiate and effectively communicate transaction details between sellers and potential buyers to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial process
• Discuss features of lots, floor plans and community to buyers to help determine their needs and wants

• Consult to identify client needs and show homes. Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements for clients
• Build your network and constantly do more marketing
• Write offers and negotiate contracts to the close of transactions
• Attend team meetings and trainings

• Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems
• Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred
• Past sales experience is preferred
