Job Description
Serve as the central point of contact for authoritative information on administrative processes and systems such as Time and Attendance, Pay and Leave, Requests for Personnel Actions, Purchase Requests, and use of the Government Purchase Card.
Make travel arrangements based on general travel intentions, known preferences and in accordance with appropriate travel regulations.
Provide advice and guidance to assure that all personnel understand and comply with administrative requirements.
Develop, implement and assure application of local policies and procedures.
Initiate personnel actions and ensures they are accurate before submission.
Coordinate and track the training requirements for the office personnel.
