WORLD TIRE WHOLESALE

Elizabeth, New Jersey

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Tire Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing tire business in New Jersey.

Our company services both retail and wholesale customers and specializes in passenger and commercial tires. We are building a modern tire business focused on exceptional customer service, long-term relationships, and aggressive sales growth.

This is not just a counter sales position — this role is for a self-starter who can create opportunities, grow wholesale accounts, build territory relationships, and deliver a premium customer experience that stands out in the industry.

The ideal candidate combines strong tire knowledge, sales ability, professionalism, and a  hospitality mindset .

ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Grow wholesale tire accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Build and manage long-term relationships with dealers, fleets, repair shops, and commercial accounts
• Develop and grow assigned sales territory
• Prospect new customers through calls, referrals, and networking
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong account communication
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Track customer activity and maintain organized sales records

Customer Experience

• Deliver a true 5-star customer experience
• Handle retail and wholesale customers professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers in selecting the correct passenger and commercial tires
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional environment

Operations Support

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and order information
• Coordinate with warehouse and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Stay informed on tire brands, inventory, pricing, and market trends

QualificationsRequired

• Previous tire industry or automotive sales experience
• Knowledge of passenger and commercial tires
• Proven sales ability and customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Results-oriented mindset
• Organized and dependable

Preferred

• Experience managing wholesale accounts or territories
• Existing relationships within the automotive or trucking industry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
