Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to make quick decisions. Team collaboration is vital in providing the best patient outcomes. Candidates must have prior experience in a similar setting. They should be familiar with essential medical equipment such as IV pumps, monitors, and ventilators. Typical procedures include IV/blood draws, moderate sedation, and cardiac monitoring. Every other weekend commitment is expected. Team players who can adapt to dynamic situations will thrive in this position.
