About the Role Little General LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Food Service team member to join our crew in Columbia, MO! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in delivering fresh, quality food and a great experience to every customer who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company standards and recipes Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food service area at all times Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner Monitor food temperatures and follow proper food handling and safety procedures Restock food service items, condiments, and supplies as needed Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and warmers safely Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations Requirements Previous food service, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Positive, customer-focused attitude with a strong work ethic Must be at least 16 years of age (age requirements may vary) About Us Little General LLC is a trusted convenience and food service destination serving communities across the region, including Columbia, MO.
