Dental assistant

Creekview Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our dentists during a variety of procedures, managing patient care, maintaining dental equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Dental assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as instructed by the dentist
• Prepare and update patient records and medical histories
•Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
• Maintain a clean and organized dental environment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Manage patient flow and assist with scheduling as needed

full-time $20 - $23 per hour

Salary based on Experience

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 3 years of dental assistant experience
• Experience using Open Dental software is preferred

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
