Job Description

Forklift Operator - 1st Shift
Location: Chicopee
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator for a warehouse facility in Chicopee. This position is responsible for general warehouse duties, operating forklifts safely, and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks and deliveries
Move materials throughout the warehouse
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
Assist with inventory and warehouse organization
Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
