Catering Coordinator

The Catering Coordinator’s main role is to assist managers and ensure that all catering events and the member lounge are running smoothly and efficiently. To lead the catering/premium staff before, during and after the event. As well as assist with the paperwork of catering events. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Oversee and/or participate in setting up & closing procedures for catering events. Help with making BEO’s for catering events. Ensure proper set up of food & beverage items and necessary supplies: like China, chafing dishes, paper products etc. Must be knowledgeable of all positions, will and be able to fill any position in any location if needed. Interact with guests in a friendly, positive, & professional demeanor. Be willing to answer any questions from our catering staff. Make sure the catering staff knows the run of the show for each event.
