Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid – onsite once a week on Wednesdays
Pay Rate: $24.30/hr
Duration: 10/01/2026 – 08/04/2027
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid

About the Role:

Constellation is looking for a detail-oriented professional to provide a variety of support functions for the department. This role will involve handling multiple projects, assisting with data compilation, generating reports, and supporting day-to-day departmental needs. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of relevant experience and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of administrative and departmental support functions.
• Handle multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Assist with compiling and organizing data.
• Generate reports and support reporting activities.
• Provide general support to the department as needed.
• Follow established practices, procedures, and processes within the assigned area.
• Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and deliverables.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a professional or specialized field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
