Job Description Pay rate Brake Experienced: $24-$28. Need experience and set up! Position Overview Paragon is seeking a skilled and dependable Brake Press Operator to accurately form and produce parts according to customer specifications, prints, and required tolerances. The Brake Press Operator will be responsible for operating brake press equipment, maintaining accurate production processes, and working collaboratively with the team to support overall shop efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and prints to create programs and operate the brake press according to customer and Paragon specifications and tolerances.
- Read prints and operate non-programmable rollers to produce parts accurately and within required specifications.
- Accurately form parts in the correct sequence and order of operations to ensure proper completion of each part.
- Verify that the correct parts and quantities are properly kitted, organized, and accounted for to support efficient assembly and overall shop workflow.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify production or routing issues and recommend process improvements.
- Communicate with Management when questions arise and become familiar with company processes, procedures, and expectations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when working with peers, supervisors, and Management.
- Accurately clock in and out of assigned jobs and maintain proper production records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and encourage team members to maintain the same standards.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
