Territory Manager - Delmarva

Job Overview As a Territory Manager you will team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in the Delmarva Territory, leveraging your industry sales experience to grow the territory, build relationships and help people living with diabetes thrive. Responsibilities Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans. Spot opportunities, open doors and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs, etc.) to create value. Leverage advanced sales methodologies—including the Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management—to accelerate revenue growth. Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients and clinical educators. Represent Tandem at events, conventions and community outreach. Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences. Ensure compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal and safety requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps or managed care. Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory; valid driver’s license, insurance and good driving record required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving market. Knowledge of healthcare professionals and ability to build long‑term relationships. Work Location & Schedule Field‑based hybrid. Preferred location in Maryland or Delaware; field travel up to 80% within the Delmarva Territory. Equipment and training will be provided. Compensation & Benefits Base pay ranges from $91,890 to $112,310 annually, with a target earning potential of $166,890 to $187,310 annually.
