IT Lead Analyst HCM

Leading the design and implementation of Workday Talent Management and Learning systems, the full-time IT Lead Analyst HCM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday Talent and Learning Management systems Design solutions using Workday Studio and other reporting tools, ensuring adherence to best practices Monitor application performance, provide technical support, and propose enhancements to optimize user experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5 years of experience in Workday HCM design and configurations, including performance and learning management 3 years of experience with HR processes and best practices in HRIS integrations and reporting 2 years of project management experience, including task prioritization and deadline management Experience in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
