Maintains good public relations with patients, visitors, staff, and physicians, while preserving confidentiality of information related to the organization. Functions as preceptor for on-boarding newly hired Health Unit Coordinators, including department onboarding and unit-specific training. Duties include entering research orders, if needed, and scheduling appointments for patients upon discharge. Responsible for accurate and timely submission of time and attendance for team members according to payroll system policies and procedures.Job Title: Health Unit CoordinatorMinimum Education Level: High School Diploma/GEDSalary Range: $17.97 - $27.16Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
