Senior Director of Revenue Cycle

A fast-growing healthcare services organization with a strong national presence is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize a large multi-site RCM operation! This is an on-site position based in South Florida.
This organization is financially stable, growth-oriented, and investing heavily in technology, automation, and process improvement across the revenue cycle department. The leadership team is collaborative, innovative, and highly supportive.
What's Exciting:

- Oversight of ~120 RCM employees, including 5 managers/supervisors.

- Experience implementing automation, AI-driven workflows, and operational efficiencies within revenue cycle.
