Work Environment\n

This role is performed remotely, offering flexibility in your work setting while still being part of a dynamic team. You will utilize a combination of telehealth solutions and electronic health records (EHR) systems to engage with clients and manage their care efficiently. Daily hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance conducive to personal wellness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, allowing for precise understanding of their mental health status.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and other mental health services, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and primary care physicians—to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique profile, ensuring cultural competence and relevance in care.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and update treatment plans based on patient feedback, clinical evidence, and collaborative insights from multidisciplinary teams.

• Deliver education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain professional standards by adhering to ethical practices, ensuring confidentiality, and obtaining informed consent from patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse population, addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by individuals within the community. This includes assistance with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
