Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Little Rock, AR, for a Manufacturing Technician. Responsibilities Inspecting, disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling commercial beverage equipment. Testing equipment functionality. Troubleshooting technical issues. Documenting repairs. Maintaining tools. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Qualifications Mechanical and technical skills, including the ability to repair and assemble equipment. Experience with inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components. Attention to detail and the ability to follow quality control processes. Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines effectively. Team collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Past experience in equipment servicing or a similar manufacturing role. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are a plus.
