We aim to be the firm you learn and continue to grow with. Position Summary We are looking for a strong Senior Superintendent who has industrial experience to come on board. This person would help oversee projects all throughout the LA area (occasional visits to San Diego if there's projects there). This is a huge position for the Irvine office with growth opportunity. This person must have strong industrial/tilt-up experience to be considered. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals, overseeing all aspects of our industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a degree in construction. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 15 years of experience as a Superintendent relevant experience. Responsibilities Overseeing all industrial operations and ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and effectively. Managing and coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the manufacturing process. Ensuring that all safety and compliance standards are met and that all staff are trained and well‑versed in these standards. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives. Implementing quality control programs to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of excellence. Preparing and presenting reports on industrial operations to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications A minimum of 15 years of experience within construction (industrial experience required, or a similar field). A degree in construction or a related field. Ability to help oversee and visit multiple projects throughout SoCal (LA to San Diego). Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure. A deep understanding of industrial safety and compliance standards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
