The Arc of Central Alabama is seeking a Direct Support Professional to coach individuals served, provide personal care, and support daily living activities. This role focuses on building independence, dignity, and community participation through consistent, respectful support. You will help with daily living skills, monitor safety, document health observations and progress toward goals, and collaborate with a caring team to advance the organization’s mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
