Seeking a strong EA who operates independently, manage confidential matters, prepares reports, analyze data and contributes to strategic initiatives! Onsite for the first 90 days\ then 2 days remote Located near Davis, CA High-visibility role supporting executive leadership Key Responsibilities: Complex calendar management and meeting coordination Executive communications and correspondence Travel arrangements and itinerary planning Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials Supporting special projects and leadership initiatives The ideal candidate will have previous Executive Assistant experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
