We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, driving safety and quality standards, improving productivity, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the facility.Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree, technical training, manufacturing coursework, or leadership development training is preferred.Experience Requirements 3-5+ years of manufacturing or production experience 1-3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred Experience with production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety Familiarity with ERP systems, production scheduling, and lean manufacturing principlesJob Duties Lead and support daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Train, coach, and oversee production operators on equipment, procedures, and work instructions Assign work and manage staffing to maximize efficiency, yield, and uptime Monitor production metrics including efficiency, downtime, scrap, and labor performance Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities, expectations, and training topics Address employee concerns, resolve production issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain housekeeping standards throughout production and warehouse areas Complete performance reviews, coaching, and employee development activities Manage inventory of production tools and supplies Provide direction to material handlers and assist with other operational needs as requiredPreferred Qualifications Two or more years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred. Previous supervisory, team lead, shift lead, or production leadership experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, production metrics, scheduling, or quality systems is beneficial. Experience coordinating with maintenance, quality, warehouse, engineering, or other operational departments is considered an asset. Individuals who are dependable, proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to motivate a diverse production team are well positioned for success as a Production Supervisor.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk throughout production areas for extended periods during the shift. Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and move throughout manufacturing or warehouse environments as required. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around production machinery, material handling equipment, noise, and other conditions common to manufacturing environments.
