Financial Crimes Specialist

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Financial Crimes Specialist

Position type: Full-time (Contract)
Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension or conversion to FTE)
Location: Minneapolis, MN / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 4 days onsite 1 day Remote)

As a Financial Crimes Specialist Consultant, you will:

• Execute and maintain operational controls and collect monthly control evidence.
• Support issue management and control updates.
• Manage SharePoint access requests and MS Teams/SharePoint sites.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support risk and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and improve control processes .

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Financial Crimes, Fraud, Operational Risk, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, or related domains.
• Experience with control execution, issue management, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RCSA workshops and control writing.
• SharePoint administration and MS Teams site management.
• Prior experience in Financial Services is a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55- $60 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
