Role Description The Senior Managing Director is a full-time remote role responsible for providing strategic leadership across a portfolio of business lines and key client relationships. This position oversees financial and operational performance, sets long-term business objectives, and ensures alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in executive or senior leadership roles, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and financial performance.
- Strong background in capital markets, securities services, financial services, or related professional services environments.
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams, including coaching senior leaders and managing change across complex organizations.
- Advanced skills in analytical decision-making, problem-solving, and interpreting financial and operational data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to boards or executive committees.
- Track record in managing key client relationships and driving growth through high-value, long-term partnerships.
- Experience overseeing risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in digital collaboration tools.
- Commitment to inclusive leadership, ethical decision-making, and fostering a respectful, equitable workplace.
