Tour Reception CoordinatorCapital Vacations is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Tour Reception Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays an important part in creating an exceptional vacation ownership experience.If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong administrative and customer service skills, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.What We OfferStarting Pay: $20.00 per hourMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffEmployee Travel Perks & Resort DiscountsPaid TrainingCareer Growth OpportunitiesPosition OverviewAs a Tour Reception Coordinator, you'll welcome guests, coordinate tour arrivals, support the Sales and Marketing teams, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and check in guests for their scheduled toursAssist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort informationAnswer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer servicePrepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales LeadershipCoordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logisticsMonitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the dayMaintain a clean, organized, and professional reception areaSupport administrative projects and other duties as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsProfessional, friendly, and detail-orientedAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentIf you're looking for a company with opportunities for growth and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service, apply today for a confidential conversation.
