What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at The Social, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Assisting with inventory management and food storage as needed.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, dedication, and a love for food to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar culinary environment.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for up to 8 hours.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
